How to Order Custom Fridge Magnets Online – Step by Step

Custom fridge magnets are one of the easiest and most affordable ways to personalise a gift, remember a trip, or keep a favourite photo somewhere you will see it every day. If you have never ordered one online before, here is exactly how simple the process is.

Step 1: Decide What You Want on It

Most people choose one of three things: a personal photo, a name or initial, or a quote/spiritual design. All three work well – the key is picking an image or text that is clear and not too cluttered, since magnets are usually small (around 3×3 inches).

Step 2: Pick a Size and Shape

Fridge magnets typically come in square, round, or custom-cut shapes. A square 3×3 inch magnet is the most popular size for photo magnets, while quote and spiritual magnets often come in a slightly larger rectangular format.

Step 3: Upload Your Design or Photo

On the product page, you simply upload your photo or type in your custom text where prompted. No design software needed – if you can attach a photo to a WhatsApp message, you can order a custom magnet.

Step 4: Choose Quantity

Ordering more than one magnet? Bulk pricing kicks in from just 6 pieces onward, which makes fridge magnets a great low-cost option for wedding favours, festival giveaways, or office gifting.

Step 5: Checkout with GST Invoice

At checkout, you can choose to receive a GST invoice if you are ordering for business purposes – useful for input tax credit on bulk corporate orders.
